How do I setup my account?

Setting up your account is very easy. You just need to click of sign up now link, choose your package & share your account details. After sign up, you would receive a call from your Sr. Manager regarding your signup and hours bought & to understand your project requirements. Then a NDA with soft copy of invoice will be emailed to you. After your payment, you will receive a welcome mail and call from you project manager to take your project further.

After signup, am I hooked into any contract?

Not at all, all our agreements are on month-to-month basis. After signing up, your hours (as per your package) will get credited in your account. You can use them at any given time which in 1 year. If you are unhappy with your assistant performance, bring it to our notice, we will either change your virtual assistant or end your agreement immediately.

How long does it take to start the services?

Instantly, after signing up, your project manager will be allocated to your account the same day and you are good to go.

Can the assistant make outbound calls?

Indeed, the Digital Assistant can make UNLIMITED outbound calls to local and national numbers in your country.

How do I communicate with my assistant and who will be the main point of contact?

Your assistant would be just an Email, Call, whats-app, Skype or chat away. You would be assigned a project manage who would act as your main point of contact. For any working formalities or parameters defining, the project manager will take the information from you and impart it to the assistant assigned to your project. If required, you can also connect with your assistant to have a direct word in context to your running project.

Can I interview my digital assistant?

Yes, you can take an interview of your assistant after signing up for the services. During the service, you can also place a request to replace your assistant if you are not satisfied with the level of service.

How do I get billed?

The cost of assistance depends upon which package of service you have opted. 80% we take as advance and rest 20% after project submission. Proper signed invoice will be issued after all payments are made. Subscription will be automatically charged on monthly basis from the date you signed up from your credit card you provide to us while signing up without prior notice unless we get a notification to cancel your membership.

How do I keep a track of the hours consumed?

The project manager monitors each assistant on daily basis using the high end monitoring software that tracks minute to minute working of an assistant. A daily or weekly or by weekly report (As per clients requirement) would be shared to maintain transparency.

What if I exceed my bought hours?

A notification from your project manager will be floated stating that your hours are to exhaust. Kindly extend your account with additional working hours at $15/Hr or can renew the same billing cycle for next month.  

Can I share my membership with my friends/co-workers?

Yes, with EVT we allow multiple users to avail the hours left in the pool. While setting up the account, you can specify which user will have access to your account or you can add user at any given time by sending out the new user information in writing with your acknowledgement & authorization.

How do I unsubscribe my signup?

This would happen on very rare grounds as most of our clients are deeply happy with their assistant (EVT) and are connected with us since a long time however, due to some external factors if a client wish to unsubscribe their services, they can simply cancel their services at any given point by sending an email, call or via our online website (Account Section).

What is your refund policy?

At EVT, we try to serve all our clients with our best of capabilities and ensure that our clients get value for their money. However once a signup fee is processed, we will not be able to raise a refund. If you are unhappy with a project (Condition Applied), we will reassign the project to another agent and will fix it until it stands by your expectations. The validity of your hours will be 1 year, so you can consume at any given time.
